Our property manager Ariel has been a pleasure to deal with, always prompt and very efficient. She has also built a good relationship with our tenants, who have just resigned for another 12 months and are also happy.

  I've been renting through Place Nundah for almost two years now and Ariel Hitchens has been my property agent. I've had bad experiences in the past both as a tenant and as a landlord owning three investment properties of my own but I have nothing but praise for Ariel. She is friendly, highly efficient and extremely responsive. Not too many property managers are all those things and more. She is absolutely lovely to deal with and really cares about her tenants and her landlords. I would strongly recommend Ariel to any tenant or landlord wishing to rent their property through an agent. She really does go above and beyond.
